    Explanation :

    Let the original number of children be x.

    ∴ 4800/x-100 - 4800/x = 4

    => 4800((x-x+100)/(x(x-100))) = 4

    => x(x-100) = 1200 * 100

    => x(x-100) = 400(400-100)

    => x = 400
