    Explanation :

    2 women complete the work in 16 days

    ∴ 4 women complete the same work in 8 days

    ∴ Work done by 4 women in 4 days = 1/2

    ∴ 12 children complete the work in 8 days.

    ∴ 4 children complete the work in = 3 * 8 = 24 days
