    Explanation :

    Side of a square = Perimeter/4

    = 84/4 = 21cm


    Perimeter of rectangle = 84/3  =  28cm


    Bredth of rectangle = 28/2 - 8  =  6cm

    ∴ Required difference = 21 - 6 = 15cm
