    Explanation :

    Let the length and breadth of rectangle be 4x, and 3x cm respectively.

    2(4x+3x) = 112

    => 14 x = 112

    => x = 112/14

    => x = 8

    Area of rectangle is = 4x * 3x

    = 12x2 = (12 * 8 * 8 ) cm2
    768 cm2
