    Let the work will be completed in X days.

    Apply formula: M1 D1 T1 W2 = M2 D2 T2 W1

    W1=W2

    Therefore, 40 * 15 * 4 = 30 * D2 * 5

    2400 = 150 * D2

    D2 = 2400 = 16days
